Returns and Exchange
The returned items MUST CONFORM to the rules below:
- Returns must STRICTLY only be accepted within 30 days from invoice date.
- Purchased appliance/s for return or exchange must be done STRICTLY within 7 days from the date of invoice.
- Returns should be presented with its original invoice /receipt and & should be done at the same Wilcon store, in its original packaging and in good condition.
- Returned items for Pick-up, please be guided on the following conditions:
- Return items for pick-up will have to be scheduled and confirm to the customer the pick-up date.
- Gate, road, or parking fees will be shouldered by the customer.
- Items for returned are subject for inspection.
- Duration or period as well as terms of warranty shall be provided by the manufacturer or as stated in the warranty card.
- KOHLER AND WDI shall provide support and assistance to customers who wish to avail of the warranty.
- Customers must keep their original invoice/receipt and warranty card (if issued).
- Warranty claims shall be subject to manufacturer’s verification and investigation. Manufacturer shall determine whether product is still under warranty.
- Warranty may not be availed of in the event of:
- Force majeure;
- Customer’s misuse, abuse, mishandling, negligence, improper storage or operation;
- Unauthorized repair, alteration or modification;
- Items for pick-up will be processed immediately, after payment confirmation
- Customer may select Wilcon Branches on where he/she wants to pick-up the order.
- Customer will receive an Order Confirmation via e-mail
- Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID and your proof of purchase (either digitally or printed).
- If you wish to designate another person to pick-up your order, they must bring: a forwarded copy of your proof of purchase with your written consent, including the full name of the designated person that matches their government-issued photo ID and the government-issued ID of the main customer.
- It is important that you pick up your purchase no later than 7 days once you receive an advisory that your item is ready for pickup. If you do not pick up your order within this time period your purchase will be reversed (credit card reversal).
- Please consider the size of your vehicle, as your order may be larger and heavier than expected due to packaging.
- Minimum purchase of Php 2,000.00 is required for delivery services.
- Additional charges may apply depending on the area of delivery.
- Minimum delivery fee is Php 500.00. Gate, road, or parking fees will be shouldered by the customer.
- Delivery schedule will be 3 to 5 days after payment confirmation.
